First you have to “Unlock the “Power Within You“. You have to believe that anything is possible. Stop focusing on what youDON’T want, and focus your attention on what you DO want. Unlock yourself of the negative which has been consuming your life.

Follow these four principles (written by Lynn Grabhorn) and I guarantee you will see a change.

1. Identify what you don’t want.

example: I don’t want to be sick and tired anymore.

2. Identify what you do want.

example: I want my body to be healthy and strong!

3. Get into the feeling place of your want.

example: picture yourself running 5 miles on the beach, dancing with friends all night, being there for your kids, etc.

4.Allow the Universe to bring it into your life.

example: don’t doubt the universe. believe that it will happen. act on things that come your way.

I was severly depressed and was suffering from bad anxiety until I was given this book. I made it my mission to spread the word about Lynn’s book for the rest of my life. My goal was so help as many people overcome negativity in their life so they could live in freedom.

In 1999 Lynn Grabhorn self-published her book Excuse Me Your Life is Waiting and it became a self-published best seller. It was so successful she made a wise decision and in 2000 arranged to have Hampton Roads Publishing publish and distribute the book. It went on to become a very successful world wide best seller (sales in excess of 800,000 copies) and an iconic classic. It is estimated over 1.5 million people have read the book in some form or another.

In May of 2004 Lynn Grabhorn passed on. Before her transition she left us with the following message:

To all my friends, family, and the rest of you wonderful guys…

My work here on this planet is done, and I’ve now joined others of the Light in a higher dimension to help facilitate the forthcoming “Birth” that this planet and universe is about to experience.

Please. PLEASE! If you have to grieve for me, hold it down to a couple of minutes, and then be done with it, for that kind of energy placed on one who has just “left” can be torturous.

Frankly, I’m excited about where I’m going, and what’s coming down for all of us. Yes, both hard times and great times are coming, but I beg you, STAY with the principles of “Excuse Me…” Teach those principles in seminars, workshops, books, speaking engagements, and one to one. That is more important than I could ever put into words.

Let people know of the steps in “Dear God…”, so critically important to every individual. And then get them into the fun and excitement of “Planet Two.” Teach! Spread the word! Make it UN-woo-woo, and totally down to earth.

You’re a hearty, determined bunch, and while I may not know you in human person, I love you so very much. Don’t stop…don’t stop…DON’T STOP!!!!!!!!! You’re going to be a part of an amazing new world and universe that is almost finished.
